MyConciergeHotel allows every hotel to have their own made-to-measure e-concierge services under the hotel’s name. The hotel chooses the services suitable for their clients during their stay.

The client can pre-book the services, or else, book them during their stay, choosing out of the options provided by the hotel.

A Plug & Play tool for automated management

MyConciergeHotel can be integrated directly into the hotel’s existing website, the group’s platform or your loyalty program.

The hotel chooses from the MyConciergeHotel catalog of services and providers it wishes to make available to its customers.

The hotel can also integrate its own service providers: they create their files and offers on the platform, which will be validated by the hotel in one click.

Payment and billing flows are automated via Stripe.

Who are we?

MyConciergeHotel was born with the merge of 3 companies:

IPECOM: Company managed by Michel Besnier with a capital of more than 8 million euros. IPECOM holds stakes in several high-tech companies.

ARKEUP: The ARKEUP group includes 5 companies specialising in digital representation of around 600 people. ARKEUP is represented by Pierre Paul Ardile Business Angel who was part of the founding team of

RIGA: Distribution company led by Alexis Faure with more than 15 years of experience in the sale of digital services.
