How does it
The hotel selects the services it wishes to highlight on its platform and offer its customers.
Offers are created externally by local providers; selected from a catalog of existing offers or created by the hotel.
After validation, each visitor can book and pay in advance or during their stay among the services offered in the E-concierge.
Billing and payment are automated and secure. Each transaction is returned to the provider and a commission is assigned to the hotel.

MyConciergeHotel can be integrated directly into the hotel’s existing website, the group’s platform or your loyalty program.
By first involving the partners for the referencing of their services, the MyConciergeHotel tool becomes collaborative and thus allows rapid deployment in different countries and continents.
As payment and billing flows are automated and secure through our partner Stripe, no manipulation of the hotel is necessary.

ARKEUP: The ARKEUP group includes 5 companies specialising in digital representation of around 600 people. ARKEUP is represented by Pierre Paul Ardile Business Angel who was part of the founding team of Oscaro.com
RIGA: Distribution company led by Alexis Faure with more than 15 years of experience in the sale of digital services.
