How does it
work ?
Step 1
The hotel compiles a catalog of services it wishes to highlight on its digital platform.
Step 2
Offers are created by local providers; selected from a catalog of existing offers or created by the hotel.
Step 3
After validation by the hotel, the offers are available for booking on the website and offered directly to customers.
Step 4
Each visitor can book and pay in advance or during their stay among the services offered in the E-concierge.
Step 5
Billing and payment are automated. The financial flow is secured with all parties.
